Seascape

The Highland coast near Hilton draws people for its working harbours and marine life—dolphins and porpoises appear regularly along this stretch of water. Seascape sits at the seafront edge of the hamlet itself, a nineteenth-century stone cottage with unobstructed views across the bay. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars on site and a one-year-old dog or cat welcome at no extra charge.

Inside, an open-plan ground floor combines living space and kitchen, both facing the water. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, plus a breakfast bar for eating. Upstairs, the double bedroom includes a small seating area positioned to make the most of the seascape; a shower room is on the ground floor. An enclosed patio garden opens from the kitchen, and across a narrow lane you'll find a terraced garden with sea views and outdoor seating. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included, along with a welcome pack and treats for your dog if you're bringing one.

Balintore and Shandwick villages are a short walk away, both with pubs, shops and cafés within level reach along the front. The cottage does not permit smoking. Note that the garden has three steps, and is accessed by crossing the lane.
