Tain's Seaboard Villages sit on the Black Isle coast facing the Moray Firth, where bottlenose dolphins are regularly spotted from the shore. Sunrise Summerhouse stands just metres from the water's edge in Hilton of Cadboll, a single-storey cabin built and finished to a high standard throughout. The entire property is yours alone, with private parking for one car and an enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ.

Inside, everything happens in one open-plan space: a living area with smart TV, dining section, and kitchen equipped for proper cooking – electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine included. The bedroom holds a double bed (4ft 6in) and there is a shower room with cubicle shower. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered in the price. One small to medium-sized dog stays free of charge. The seaward side is mostly glazed, so you wake to the Firth and fall asleep to the sound of waves; a footpath runs along the shore outside if you want to explore the villages on foot or visit the local pub. The property is non-smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
