Sonas House

Dolphins pass regularly in the waters below Sonas House, visible from the large windows that frame views across the Beauly Firth. The property sits in North Kessock, a village on the Highland coast just across the Kessock bridge from Inverness—half a mile on foot, or a few minutes by car. Waterside walks and forest paths start from the house itself. The Black Isle beaches and fishing villages lie along the same stretch of coastline, worth exploring for their unspoilt character.

The house has three bedrooms (a double, two singles, and a kingsize with ensuite) and two bathrooms spread across two floors. The ground floor contains the living and dining rooms, plus a kitchen equipped for real cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and full sized fridge. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A lawned front garden with seating area and parking for two cars complete the setup.

The village itself has a shop, pub, restaurant and café all within a mile. Inverness city centre—with theatre, cinema, swimming pool, shops and restaurants—is just across the bridge. Sonas does not permit smoking.
