This is our favorite place to stay in Inverness! Linette and Dermot are fantastic hosts. We have now stayed twice over and each experience was great. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. Dermot was nice enough to show us some areas that he recommends for day trips and how to get there. Their place is perfectly located for getting around Inverness as well with most food options within walking distance. We will definitely stay with them again the next time we're in Scotland!

My Mum and I had a fantastic and memorable 2 night stay at Inverness House during a 2 week trip around the Scottish Highlands. Inverness House comes very highly recommended! The owners, Lynette and Dermot, are friendly and welcoming and will go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay with them. I am really grateful to Lynette for offering me an amazing vegan breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. The breakfast offering is varied and of extremely high quality (including homemade bread). Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and this makes for a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We can't think of how our stay could have been any better and hope to be back sometime!

We stayed here two nights in late April. its a lovely house; modern and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are luxurious with a beautiful yard facing the canal. The hosts provide delicious breakfasts. Linette and Dermot are so kind and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Inverness.

We were met with the warmest of welcomes. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST for those traveling through or staying in Inverness. This is a true HOME that is welcoming and inviting. The details that the owners have taken to make your stay spectacular are really awesome. This is an absolute 5 STAR stay. The home is GORGEOUS. The interior is modern, spotless clean, EXTREMELY comfortable. The beds are plush. The sounds of Seabirds out of the bedroom terrace created a true magical experience. The bathrooms are unbelievable, modern and magazine worthy. I'm just blown away!!!! This place comes HIGHLY recommended by me and my family. A true Scottish experience in every sense.
