This bespoke house occupies an elevated position above Kinlochleven, with mountain views across the glens and lochs that surround it. Built to a high standard, it has five bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, four bathrooms, and a relaxed layout centred on a ground-floor open-plan living space where the wood burner, smart TV, and access to the enclosed garden with hot tub create the natural gathering point.

Bedrooms are split between ground and first floors. Downstairs, a double with ensuite shower. Upstairs, another double with ensuite, a second double, a twin, and a bunk bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; the utility room handles laundry. Wifi, heating, linen and towels are included, and a welcome pack awaits arrival. The private garden is enclosed, with patio, seating and a barbecue, plus parking for three cars and a bike store. One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors.

The West Highland Way and the Mamore Mountains are nearby, making it a base for walking, climbing and exploring the area. Kinlochleven itself sits between the Ben Nevis range and the Mamores, in terrain suited to serious outdoor use.
