The Isle of Skye draws walkers and climbers for its dramatic ridges and mountain ranges, medieval castles and fishing villages that edge the lochs. Teeny's Cottage sits between Portree and Dunvegan on the shores of Loch Greshornish, making it a practical base for exploring the island's 50-mile length. A rocky beach lies a mile away, with a pub and restaurant 2½ miles off, and shops at 12 miles.
This detached cottage is built on one level, accessible by a single step to the entrance. Inside are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed, one with two singles—and a shower room. The living space includes a dining room that doubles as a sun room with views over the loch, a living room with a 40-inch smart TV and sound system, and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and a washing machine. A travel cot is available. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay, and there is private parking for two cars on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.
The property suits families or small groups wanting a quiet rural setting. Year-round heating and the ground-floor layout make it accessible in winter or for those with mobility considerations.
