Treetops is a detached Victorian property with everything needed for a group holiday or family gathering. The house has five bedrooms spread across two floors—three kingsize doubles, one room with two singles, and one with a single bed plus a cabin single—along with two bathrooms and a shower room. It sleeps 10 in total and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer; a dining room with a woodburner for log fires; a living room with TV and DVD player; and a sun room. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. Linen, towels, wifi, heating and logs for the burner are all provided. Outside, there is lawned garden space with seating and a barbecue, plus private parking on site. One dog is welcome. The property sits in an elevated position above Newtonmore village, part of the Spey Valley within Cairngorms National Park.
This is walking and outdoor-activity country: the area offers mountain biking trails, golf courses, climbing, hill walking and water sports. The RSPB reserves at Insh Marshes and Loch Garten are nearby for birdwatching. Newtonmore itself has a pub and shops within half a mile. The Highland Folk Museum, Strathspey Steam Railway, Highland Wildlife Park and Cairngorm Mountain are within reasonable reach. The beach is 20 miles away. The property does not permit smoking.

Beautiful house, nice and big, superb location, close to the shops and bars, the only let down was the housekeeping, dirty glasses and plates in cupboard, literally dust and dirt brushed under carpet!! The only thing to let the place down
