The Huntsman Inn

I absolutely love the restaurant at the Huntsman Inn, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every visit has been a fantastic experience. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the menu has something for everyone. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and perfect whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a casual meal. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

As a family we really enjoyed our Sunday lunch here. The range of choices was excellent, including for our vegan member and our coeliac. The food was well cooked and presented. It was nice to have a good range of perfectly cooked vegetables also. Some of us were too full for dessert but enjoyed a good quality coffee. Those who had dessert really enjoyed them. All round a great meal. What would make it better - maybe a Yorkshire beer in a Yorkshire location, but that’s not bad!

What a lovely experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Poppy, who mainly looked after us. The food was excellent, the pub was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it offered fantastic value for money. We'll certainly be back. If you're thinking of giving it a try, I'd definitely recommend it—we did, and we're so glad we did!

Stay overnight 20th June, we were here a few years ago and thought it was great, since then the improvements have been fabulous, great layout, great decor. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great quality with nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back again 👍
