We got a late arrival and this place is well situated in close proximity of Gatwick airport with buses available 24 hours. The customer service is amazing. A very decent and respectful guy at reception dealt with us throughout the booking till check in process and beyond on calls. He made sure that our experience will be smooth, enjoyable and restful. Overall, we were very tired but the room provides us restful sleep. The place is value for money and serves very well the stay for passengers flying to or from Gatwick.

My dad found this place when he realised he had booked an early morning flight for me. It was the first thing that popped up on booking.com with reasonable prices for an overnight stay. The customer service is great. I got a text from a lady from team about 15 minutes after my check in time. The receptionist when I got there was lovely, friendly guy. I had a large heavy suitcase with a missing wheel and the guy kindly offered me one of the bigger rooms downstairs. The inn is also right across from a sainsbury's local which was convenient for me. I enjoyed my stay. The place is alo about 8 to 10 minutes away from the airport, which was a plus for me.

Me and my husband have just checked out of the Gatwick Inn. The customer service was second to none, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a twin room on the top floor, cosy and had every we needed. The bathroom was shared with another person which is something you should be aware of if you're female, personally I didn't mind but others may. The bathroom was really clean, toilet and sink were spotless. As parents, we really loved our stay. TV, bottled water, hot drinks, comfy beds, clean linen and we slept sooooo good!! With family in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good location, petrol and shop roght across the road, two pubs nearby that were both pretty good. Free parking was a nice perk. Room was pretty good, bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, no complaints. It does appear they are under new management who are slowly making improvements. Overall it was good value
