Keeds Barn is a converted barn in Sussex countryside, sleeping two in a single bedroom with an en-suite. The ground floor is open plan, with a sitting area, dining space and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch—there's an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Upstairs, the kingsize bedroom overlooks an orchard and paddock beyond. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and standard heating elsewhere keep things warm; wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
The property sits in a landscaped garden shared with a neighbouring cottage, with a patio for sitting outside. There is private parking for two cars and an electric charging point on site (charged separately). The barn does not permit smoking. Walking straight from the door takes you onto public footpaths; Pulborough Wildbrooks Nature Reserve is nearby for birdwatching, and kayaking is available on the river Arun. Petworth—with its historic house, deer park and independent shops—is eight miles away, while Arundel Castle and Chichester are within half an hour's drive.
