The Arun Valley draws walkers for its network of paths through water meadows and alongside the river, with the South Downs visible across the landscape. Yew Tree Granary sits within this terrain, positioned to make the most of it. The granary is a self-contained conversion set on a single level, sleeping two in a double bedroom with a shower room, living and dining space combined, and a kitchen equipped for straightforward cooking. Everything is on one floor, and the whole property is yours alone.
A patio overlooks the Brooks towards the Downs. The RSPB's Pulborough Brooks reserve lies within easy reach, offering birdwatching and circular walks. Petworth House is accessible as a day trip to the northwest. For evening meals, a pub sits less than a mile away. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One small dog is welcome. There is parking on site, and you'll need to arrive after 17:00 and leave before 09:30.
