The South Downs National Park around Horsham offers walking routes straight from your door, with Arundel and its castle within easy reach by car. Keeds Cottage sits on this countryside edge, named after a heritage Sussex apple variety and overlooking an orchard with views across the fields.
The cottage holds four guests across two bedrooms: a kingsize on the first floor and a second room with two single beds that can be zipped together as a kingsize if needed. The bathroom is modern with a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space flows into a well-equipped kitchen; you can cook properly here with an induction hob, electric cooker and dishwasher, or simply make use of the coffee machine. Heating is underfloor in the main rooms, and essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's a patio with garden furniture and a shared barbecue, plus private parking for three cars and an electric charging point available at cost.
No smoking in the cottage. The entrance has three steps to negotiate.
