The Timber Store

Groups of up to 18 can rent The Timber Store as a whole, making it suited to family reunions, celebrations and parties. The converted barn sits in countryside near Horsham, with the River Rother close by and footpaths leading into the South Downs. A pub lies within a mile, and the property gives access to half a mile of private fishing along the riverbank. The main living space is open-plan, with a substantial dining table for shared meals and sofas for the evening. A second table in the kitchen provides a breakfast spot before heading out to explore the area.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms serve the property. Downstairs are two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom holds seven beds (four doubles and three singles), with an ensuite bath; the other has a kingsize and a single four-poster, also with an ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, the utility room has a washing machine, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. A garden with barbecue space opens from the living area. On-site parking is available for one car. The property is non-smoking.
