Lodge With A View

Lodge With A View is fully equipped for self-catering, with everything from bed linen and towels to Wi-Fi and heating included. The single bedroom contains a kingsize bed, and a sofa bed in the open-plan living area provides extra sleeping space for up to four guests total. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave; the shower room features a walk-in shower. There's an enclosed garden where you can barbecue or let a dog roam freely, and one parking space on site.

The lodge sits at the edge of Steyning, a small market town with independent shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants within a 20-minute walk. From here you're on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park, with bridle paths, footpaths and the Downs Link cycle route nearby. Chanctonbury Ring and Cissbury Ring are within reach for exploration, as are the rural villages and traditional pubs dotted across the area. Brighton lies 30 minutes' drive away if you want city attractions; Shoreham-by-Sea and its harbour are 10 minutes by car. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.
