The Horseshoe Annex

The Horseshoe Annex is a compact two-bedroom cottage in Steyning, arranged entirely on one level with just three steps to the entrance. A king bed occupies one room, while two single beds fit the other. The kitchen is properly equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, making it straightforward to cook and manage a week's laundry. A living room with Freeview Smart TV, bathroom with shower cubicle and bath, and a patio with garden furniture complete the layout. One dog stays free of charge.

Steyning sits four miles north of Shoreham-by-Sea and opens onto the South Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The location suits walkers and those who want to explore on foot or bicycle without leaving the countryside far behind. Independent shops, cafés and historic buildings populate the town centre. Parking for one car is provided on site. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are included; there is a welcome pack on arrival. A gas barbecue is available, though the garden area is shared with the owner. Smoking is not permitted.
