Lychgate Cottage
Horsham
Henfield is a market town with independent shops and a working high street, but step outside Lychgate Cottage and you're also within reach of serious countryside. The South Downs are accessible on foot, Devil's Dyke lies five miles south, and the Downs Link—a walking and cycling route along a disused railway—runs through the area heading towards Steyning and West Grinstead. The cottage itself sits within its owner's grounds yet has its own entrance and patio, with the parish church accessible through a shared garden behind the property.
Everything is on the ground floor: a living and dining space with Freeview television, a galley kitchen with an Edwardian glass roof that floods the space with light, a double bedroom, and an ensuite shower room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer for self-catering. Outside, a patio with garden furniture overlooks the shared garden, and there's parking for one car on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.
The cottage suits two people and is a non-smoking property. There's a pub within a mile of the village.
