Meadow Barn is a detached conversion in the West Sussex countryside near Pulborough, set among mature trees with views across open fields. The building retains its barn character while offering contemporary comfort across two floors: a ground-floor double bedroom with ensuite shower, open-plan living and dining space, and upstairs a twin room with a family bathroom. Throughout, the finish is clean and considered, with quality furnishings and heating included.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine mean you can prepare meals rather than simply reheat them. Bedrooms come with fresh linen and towels. Wi-Fi and parking for up to 4 cars are provided. A lawned garden edges the property, with a bike store on site for exploring the network of routes nearby: Pulborough Brooks Nature Reserve, trails across the South Downs National Park, and routes towards the villages and vineyards of mid-Sussex all radiate outward.
The setting suits couples and small families wanting a rural base without isolation—Arundel, Petworth House, local golf courses and the beaches at Climping are within reach. Smoking is not permitted inside.

What a wedding!! The Meadow is a gorgeous venue for anything but especially a wedding. Looking out over the field, it was like we were in our own little paradise. Excellent service and great attention to detail. They even seemed to arrange the perfect sunset. Thank you!

I attended a wedding at The Meadow and it was the most magical location. The place has got so much potential to be dressed up like a fantasy land. There were about 80 guests and the ceremony as well as the reception was held there. The people who run it are super helpful and I would highly recommend it for any special event!
