Windover Barn

Rowhook sits within reach of both Horsham and Cranleigh, with the South Downs and Surrey Hills on the doorstep and the coast forty minutes away. Windover Barn itself occupies its own grounds on a country lane, surrounded by farmland and good walking country. The Chequers Inn is nearby for evenings out.

The barn is a single-storey conversion built around an open-plan living space with oak floors and underfloor heating. One bedroom has a 6ft bed with ensuite shower; the other holds two singles. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking properly, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and good storage. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. An enclosed back garden opens from the living areas onto a stone patio with furniture and a gas barbecue; wheelchair users can access the garden via a side route. The property sleeps four and sits private on its own, with parking for two cars and an electric charging point. One small pet stays free.

This works for families, friends gathering for a long weekend, or anyone wanting a base for cycling and walking. It is not a smoking property. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
