Not the best customer experience today. Travelled a long way to watch Scream 7 in 4DX, to be sat there for over 30 minutes past the film start time to discover there was a technical fault (after us asking). Would have been nice to have been told sooner. The staff member did eventually tell us it couldn’t be fixed. Disappointed in the lack of communication and a waste of a day and waste of money paying a fortune for snacks

Great service, reasonable price, great location. Easy to get to. No problems with parking. Different types of screenings to choose from. Snacks and drinks available. A little pricey but they have to get their money from somewhere as streaming as hit cinemas.

Hello, so me and my daughter came to watch Michael yesterday and it was the 1st time for me to visit a cinema in years since I was diagnosed with Vestibular problems that causes migraines, vertigo and balance problems! So I have been suffering with crippling anxiety to visit a cinema, but I did it yesterday! I did have huge anxiety and was abit wobbly walking in and walking out but I did it!! However me and my daughter forgot to take a selfie to remember such a huge milestone for me, we are hoping to pop back in today to maybe just have a selfie infront of a Michael poster I hope this will be okay! Thank you Cineworld for a great first time experience for me in years and your seats was lovely and comfy 😊 which also helped me relax x I will be back! X Hayley & Louise

Excellent cinema with lots of parking in front, great staff, and plenty of different films showing each day. Obviously slightly more expensive, but it’s a cinema so I cast really complain as most are. Different screens with special effects etc. available for extra price, however seem good. Only disappointed here is the removal of the cafe from upstairs a few years ago aback, as it was a nice place to sit perhaps while you were waiting for your film to start.
