What visitors say
A nicer Naturist club you would be hard pushed to find. We received a welcome as if we were old friends and every detail was explained and shown to us to ensure we got the best out of our stay. They have a great social and sporting calendar especially during holiday weekends that we were lucky enough to be in attendance on August Bank Holiday. There's plenty of space to wander or just relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is amazingly warm and a perfect depth for nervous swimmers, and the Jacuzzi was fantastic. The members work hard to maintain the place sometimes during challenging times hence all the accommodation being on "Stilts!" We stayed in the club rental caravan that was comfortable and clean, but this is the only But, it is advertised as having a toilet and shower that indeed it does have except the toilet is only for a wee and there is no door or curtain on the small shower cubicle that means if used would cause a lot of damage to the floor area around the cubicle not intended to be wet. So if you need a proper toilet or shower you have to walk over to the main clubhouse where there are good facilities. Fine in good weather but maybe not so if it's bad. We were lucky even with the occasional 5am trudge to use the loo. The clubhouse is great, occasional catering from snacks to full meals and the cheapest bar in UK !! If you need there is an excellent kitchen that can be used. TV room, wifi, and heated when needed, so what's not to love. Outside there's Boule, Tennis/miniten and other occasional games events plus water volley in the pool. All in all a great place to visit both in club confines where the security is 100% ( you could get in a bank vault easier than the main gate !) and there is loads to visit and enjoy in surrounding areas. The town of Beverley nearby was a favourite for us but further there's York and much more. Perfect for " Genuine " Naturists.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in the club caravan (a clean two bedroomed static van) set in the lush woodland near to the clubhouse, pool and sauna. We had everything we needed and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely love it here, most peaceful campsite ever. Immersed in Nature. The people are wonderful too.

Visited for the first time with friends and never felt more welcome at any other sites we have been to. It was that good we have booked again while there.
