What a lovely place to take the kids to and so affordable. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. I like the fact that it is a family run business. We had 2 autistic kids with us and the staff were really accommodating and helpful. For example, one of the kids with us was getting quite unsettled once it became very busy and one of the ladies who works there asked us if we'd like to take him into a quieter room and it really helped him to calm down and he came back to eat his pizza and chips. They also offered to serve the food to our kids first and asked if we would like to eat with everyone else and santa or somewhere a bit more quiet which I thought was really thoughtful. The staff are all amazing and very good at helping mine and my friends autistic sons feel as comfortable as possible so that they could have a nice time. Me and my friends all enjoyed the food and could not believe how cheap it is to eat and drink there. The staff are all ace and we loved chatting to them and having a good laugh. The Santa was great and again very professional and friendly. I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for your lovely hospitality.

Broken and stained roof tiles. Taped up toilet cistern. Cobwebs. Leaking hand soap. Patched-up soft play. Needs a refurb, instead of creaming off the profits.

I highly recommend Crazy Kids Soft Play for a birthday party or any children's event. The combination of a fantastic play area, attentive staff, cleanliness make it an ideal choice for an unforgettable celebration.
