What visitors say
Parking is bit expensive for 3 hours I paid nearly £9 pounds for country park otherwise This country park is a beautiful place to visit and escape for nature the park is well maintained with stunning scenery peaceful walking trails and plenty of open spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings it’s an excellent destination for families with the fantastic children play area, and sand park. That add to the experience for younger visitors. Theirs something for everyone, weather you are looking for leisurely walk, a family day out, or simply peaceful place to unwind, it is clear that a a great deal of care goes into maintaining the park. And the welcoming atmosphere makes Everything enjoyable, highly recommended.

Lovely park with lots of outdoor water activities, trails and great play area with various wooden climbing frames, swings, slides, sandpit and tunnels for kids of all ages. We came here for the first time and we enjoyed it as much as our boy. There's good toilet facilities and a few cafes and food/drinks vans across the park. The only minor issue was the direction (through Google Maps) it took us to a different spot. I would suggest using the Dinton Pastures Car Park for a better direction guide to the spot

Dinton Pastures Country Park near Wokingham is an absolutely wonderful green space that's managed to retain a genuinely wild and natural character whilst remaining thoroughly accessible and welcoming to visitors of every age and ability – a pretty rare and genuinely impressive achievement that makes this one of the most special country parks in the whole of Berkshire. Sprawling across more than 300 acres of beautifully varied landscape, this is a place where you can genuinely lose yourself for hours, discovering something new and wonderful around every corner, and leave feeling genuinely refreshed, reconnected with nature, and thoroughly at peace with the world. The landscape and habitat diversity throughout the park is genuinely impressive and represents one of its absolute standout features. Rather than being a uniform green field or manicured parkland, Dinton Pastures comprises a genuinely rich tapestry of different environments – open grassland meadows, dense woodland areas, reed beds and wetland habitats, several beautiful lakes and water features, scrubland, hedgerows, and transitional zones that create an astonishing range of different habitats and ecological niches within a relatively compact area. This diversity means that the park absolutely buzzes with wildlife – birds, mammals, insects, amphibians – and ensures that every visit offers something different to discover and observe depending on the season and time of day. In short, Dinton Pastures Country Park is a genuinely outstanding natural green space that absolutely deserves to be far better known and more widely visited than it currently is. Beautifully wild and natural, wonderfully rich in wildlife and ecological interest, offering genuine variety of habitat and walking experience, thoughtfully managed to balance accessibility with environmental protection, and genuinely restorative and peaceful in atmosphere, this is one of those special places that stays with you long after your visit ends and keeps calling you back again and again. Whether you're a keen birdwatcher, a keen naturalist, a walker, a photographer, a family looking for a wonderful outdoor space, or simply someone seeking a bit of peace and natural beauty away from the stresses of modern life, Dinton Pastures absolutely delivers on every level. One of the genuine hidden gems of Berkshire! 🦆🌳🐦💚🌿

a calm oasis in the concrete jungle...many relaxing spots if you know where to look. pure serenity washes over me as I ascend blissfuly into the heavens 😇 feng shui score 5/5 winding little paths covered by beautiful trees with plenty a nook or a cranny for you and all who wish to seek them out. the openness of nature allows plenty of space for both man and spirit so you will not be disturbed by nay a bird or a monkey (spiritual ones. no guarantee for physical creatures) daily proverb: to understand the flow in thy own body will allow you to see the currents of life 👲🏻
