Burwood Cottage is a traditional three-bedroom property near Reading that sleeps six across a ground floor and first floor layout. The ground floor holds a living room with electric woodburner, a separate dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two further bedrooms: another double, and a twin room accessed through it. An enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture extends the living space in warmer months, and there is parking on site for three cars.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob and dishwasher. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. One dog can stay at no extra charge. The cottage does not permit smoking. Note that the garden contains a raised fish pond with a grate over it. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
