Russell's International Circus

Visited opening night in Trusthorpe, a brilliant evening enjoyed by all. 100% worth supporting, talented acts and a well put together show with reasonable price tickets and offers for families. Such hard work behind the scenes aswell as the performers, just an amazing team effort all round. Wishing you support and a successful summer 🎪

We had a fantastic time at the circus. The entertainment was excellent, with a brilliant variety of acts that kept everyone engaged and amazed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful show that I would highly recommend!

My scout group visited the circus on Thursday, they absolutely loved it. Russell's international circus were at Skegness Embassy theatre for the first time, and did not disappoint. Following the show, several younger beavers and cubs were asking about circus skills workshops locally.One performed a plate spinning routine all the way home on the bus, while another provided music on harmonica. It was great to show the young people the circus in the safety and warmth of a theatre. (We have also seen the show previously in the big top). Yes it's different being in a theatre to the big top, but shows how versatile the circus can be. Some acts were a bit restricted but this allowed others to show different skills. A few minor set backs can be expected this early in the year, but every performer gave their all, and got straight back to their act. We saw the 3rd performance of the year, so some mishaps can happen. Russell's are a great circus, friendly, welcoming to everyone and happy to go the extra mile to ensure the audience are happy. Some acts are new this year and will take a bit of getting used to, and previous favourites also remain. Watch out for Alex the fireman, Adela, and Andrea they are so talented and amazing. Thank you to Rusty, Amanda, Wilbo, Alex M, all the cast and company for their efforts at Skegness Embassy, you were all amazing. See you again soon

An excellent production, reasonably priced and a fab afternoon/night out. All the acts and staff genuinely look to be having heaps of fun, and to be honest, it was a close call on that front between myself and my 9 year old daughter on who had the better time 😂 Make sure you go if you’re in the area, as Mablethorpe is lucky to have such a well-put-together show. Well done to all involved.
