We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bounsea! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The staff (especially sam) went above and beyond to make sure our twins feel comfortable and looked after. Most importantly, my kids had the BEST time! They were full of excitement from start to finish, laughing, bouncing, and enjoying every minute. It’s such a fantastic place for children to burn off energy in a safe and fun environment. You can really tell that the staff cares about creating a positive experience for families. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Bounsea to anyone looking for a fun day out with excellent service!

We had a very fun 5th birthday party for our son at Bounsea and had an amazing time. The whole team was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The bounsea is massive and Evelina and Logan were great hosts and kept the kids very entertained. We had so much fun, we extended our time! We highly recommend Bounsea for a party or a fun day out! We cannot wait to return! Special thanks to Monika for effortless organising, Evelina and Logan for your amazing hosting and being so great with kids, and Ali and Sam for such a friendly welcome!

Great place, however a few details I wish id known before visiting. Parking is limited, and not signn posted, so make sure you leave plenty of time. The entrance to the Bounsea is around the otherside of the splash park entrance. There are no lockers or safe place to leave your belongings, the toilets are attached to the splash park only, and wear suitable clothing, I.e cover your legs and arms as friction burn hurts! Other than that I do recommend this place for kids and adults alike, was great fun and id highly recommend.

It such a nice serene and the staffs were friendly too. Came in with my kids and I don't want to go into the bounsea, but a staff (Mathew) made sure to be of assistance around them, it was such a great help.
