About Real Dreams Hotel

Real Dreams Hotel suits visitors after a no-frills stopover rather than a destination in itself, with 2 Linton Road putting guests within reach of Redbridge and the wider transport network into London. It works best for those who prioritise a comfortable night's sleep and easy onward travel over polish and extras.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and beds are made up with clean linen. Some rooms have air conditioning, though this isn't consistent across the property, and accessible rooms are available. Facilities extend to a restaurant, bar, snack bar, room service and drinks available in-room, alongside breakfast and free WiFi. It's worth noting that upkeep in some rooms has been patchy, and service doesn't always match expectations, so this is a place to book with realistic expectations rather than for a pampering stay.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area has pubs, restaurants and other eateries nearby, along with entertainment options, making it a workable base for exploring without needing to venture far for a meal or a drink.

Worst hotel I've ever seen. -Very tiny room, like a prison cell. No windows -Air condition not working, leaking water all over. -Booked for 3 double room, they gave us 1 single room. Failed to provide what booked so offered refund. I had to book again immediately on another hotel paying double price on a weekend night. No compensation from then, also jo communication. Staff are not professional at all. -The environment is very nasty and looks unsafe. I would never ever book this hotel. I recommend you Never ever book this hotel

Worst stay ever. The rooms had a bad smell, and there was no hot water the entire time. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. To top everything up, there was a nightclub in the hotel where the receptionist was working both the club and the reception hotel. Just unbelievable The real problem, though, was the booking mix-up. I reserved through Booking.com, but the hotel marked my stay as a “no show” — despite the fact that I was physically there. Since their phone number doesn’t work, I had no way to reach them and sort it out. I nearly ended up being charged a cancellation fee for a stay I actually completed. Between the poor conditions and this administrative nightmare, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

DO NOT STAY HERE! Awful hotel, unhelpful staff, worst stay I’ve ever had! Checked in first thing, staff was miserable. Decided to go straight to London for the day and came back around 8/9 or so, went for a shower to find a load of mold in the bathroom. It was shocking and dangerous the amount. The A/C worked however would make an extremely loud buzzing noise every 2-5mins even when not on. Went to the reception and had asked for a full refund of my stay, which was refused and they had said they could not move us either as it was fully booked. The employee on reception had said he would contact his manager about what to do, so I’d gone back to the room for 5 and come back. After coming back he’d said he was now able to move us rooms (despite saying they were full). I was unhappy with this request and still wanted a full refund. At first he said we have to contact booking.com (Although we booked through there website and not Booking.com) to get any refund, and after telling him we did not use booking.com he said he would call the owner again. The manager/owner was sat at the bar (although the employee said he would have to call him) had come out to talk to us and said we can swap rooms. We explained we didn’t want that and wanted a full refund as the rooms looked nothing like the pictures and was very disappointed. After spending over an hour disagreeing, we decided to accept the “Avaliable” room which seemed okay. The A/C still made the awful noise even when not on, so we went back to reception and complained again, for his reply was only a couple of rooms do it and we have AC tech guys coming in the morning. The noise was extremely loud and irritable, and happened most of the night randomly. After trying to sleep, around Midnight, the Bar got extremely loud with music (Drums and whistles) until nearly 3am! We could not sleep at all, and could not leave as it was so late during the night, and not knowing the area, we had to just wait till it stopped. This is THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed in and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I was to have got a full refund, this would have changed the review but having to stay that night really ruined my time away. Also, if wanting to park it’s £15 a day, in a non-secure car park with spaces taken up by random vehicles and crashed vans, maybe about 10-15 spaces in total.

This is a terrible hotel with rooms like a grotty bedsit. Don’t be fooled by the hotel room pictures, it’s nothing like them! The smell of smoke and mould was horrendous. Can only assume the smoke alarm doesn’t work with how strong the smell was. The room was absolutely tiny. Not clean, most surfaces covered in a layer of grub. Bathroom was ok. The key card rarely worked. We were lucky not to be disturbed by the nightclub that goes on until 4am next door but had to listen to doors banging all night instead. We left some food in our room when we went out and came back to find it covered in ants. Complained to receptionist who told us management won’t accept responsibility for the ant infestation and our food being spoilt. This hotel is clearly run by crooks who the reception staff are terrified of. Only positive was that the aircon worked in our room. Do not come here unless you are absolutely desperate
