Lovely B&B that lives up to the reviews. Steve is a great host. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys welcoming guests into his home. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing couple days in Inverness. We appreciated the breakfast pre-order guests filled out the evening before with a desired time for dining the following morning- hot food was delivered to the beautiful dining room at the time we indicated. Easy 10 minute walk across the suspension bridge to the city center. Large Tesco also a 10 minute walk away. Parking might be an issue- but we did not have a problem during our stay and were able to snag a spot right outside the home both days.

The location is just right: so close for walking but still a quiet street. The rooms are super clean and Steve is an excellent host. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Very welcoming host & perfect breakfast. Cozy room, only a few minutes on foot from the station. Quiet street. Lots of information available on the town as well as personal recommendations from the host. We will come back here next time :-) Thank you Steve!
