Lovely guesthouse run by a very friendly owner. Good location a quick 5-10min walk to the city centre across the bridge. Free parking available on site. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, but heating was a bit inconsistent as the host has control over turning it on/off and it took a while to warm up after arriving. Sound travels quite easily between the rooms, which wasn’t an issue until we had some noisy upstairs neighbours at 6am. Breakfast is no longer provided with the stay but there is a nice welcome basket that includes croissants and snacks. Full shared kitchen is also clean and available for use. Overall good experience and would recommend!

We stayed here as part of a Scotland B&B package. Pearl was a lovely person and we had some nice conversations with her. Our room was spacious and spotless. She served a great breakfast and plenty of good, strong coffee! She also pointed us to some great pubs to eat at that were very close by. The B&B is in a great central location. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving, we were welcomed with open arms by our hostess, Pearl. She immediately provided us with recommendations to visit in and around Inverness. We stayed in a double room with two separate beds and it was just lovely. Everything was clean and orderly, in the bedroom as well as the ensuite bathroom. Also, a kettle and some tea and treats were provided, which made us feel even more at home. The breakfast she served us (full Scottish breakfast) was delicious and gave us a nice experience of the Scottish cuisine. We're very positive about this B&B and would absolutely recommend staying here!

What a super place to stay. Pearl is a wonderful hostess and her lovely house would put many a hotel to shame. Our room was spotless and cosy with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was well cooked and beautifully presented with a range of items to suit every taste. Highly recommended and will definitely return
