Very nice place, some rooms ensuite, others appear to have seperate (private) bathrooms. There is a shated dining room and kitchen available. Room was a good size, en suite was lovely. There is parkihg (albeit only space for about 5 cars). Great location for central inverness. Negatives? In my room one of the table lamp bulbs was missing and one of the drawers was broken, walls ate also fairly thin, so you can hear others sometimes. But, room was a good size, bed was comfortable, uniterupted sleep and ghe shower was great. Would happily stay here again and recommend to everyone.

£154 per night gave me a single bed with the cheapest, mist horrendous mattress I've ever slept on, feeling every single spring digging into my back, and the most cheap, thin and flimsy pillows. On arrival I realised the bulb in the bedside lamp was blown. I got in touch with management and asked for a replacement bulb, this wasn't replaced at all during my 2-night. The message was ignored (despite them responding to my checkin message) and I wasn't able to read my book whilst I was there. I was in room 5. The wall between my room and the adjoining room is paper thin, and I could hear the next door occupants snoring through the night, whilst battling to sleep myself. I'm a coach driver and stay in Inverness regularly. A good night's sleep in important. I frequently stay in much, much better places that are cheaper. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures online. The outside is shabby, the garden completely overgrown. And the inside not much better. Avoid!

Meh is what I have to say. It wasn’t anything special but if you need a place to lay your head it works. There was pee in the toilet when we got there. Gross but Flushable….moved on. Then someone parked in the entrance/exit overnight and we couldn’t leave so we got a later start. Not their fault buuut there is def not enough parking for everyone staying there even tho it says “you have your own parking!” We did call the number but not sure it did anything….ended up finally finding the person and asking them to move. Location is good. I felt like it was pretty clean but it just gets a meh from me.
