After looking at a number of venues, we decided to hold a funeral tea in the Windsor Suite at The Glenmoriston. It’s a great location, and the space itself was perfect for our gathering. Kelly, the hotel events manager was really good - she stayed in communication regularly, making suggestions and guiding us through all the decisions we needed to make. The food we chose for the buffet was of exceptionally high standard, freshly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Feedback from family and friends was very positive. Thank you to the whole team - we will be recommending you at every opportunity.

NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. This is an overpriced hotel. The location is amazing, but that’s all you are paying for. The rooms are dated. The bar is nice but don’t judge it by its cover. We paid £360 for 1 night in a deluxe double. Not worth it at all. No smart tv. No USB or bedside plugs. Old furniture and dated bathroom. Very noisy night too with wedding guests out the front. The river location is nice but that’s it. Would’ve preferred to spend half the price and stay at the premier inn on the riverfront, would’ve been fair better value for money. As a frequent traveller I hate not getting the feels for something so expensive (especially having stayed in far better hotels all around the NC500 for much lower cost).

The bedroom was noisy and got a leaking sound from the nearby bathroom which sounded like a jet engine. Worst experience ever. The reception might have had better days. This place feels like its on a downturn might have been good once, now not so much.

Extremely Disappointing - Total Waste of Money and Time! We booked a family breakfast weeks in advance, but it was an absolute letdown. We felt like second-class guests just because we weren’t staying at the hotel. They refused to seat us by the view, claiming those tables are strictly for hotel residents. The food was shockingly poor quality and completely overpriced at £16 per person. The buffet was pathetic, and the hot dishes (like the sad pancakes and unappetizing scrambled eggs with salmon) were so bad we couldn't even finish them. We spent £80 on a miserable meal and left feeling completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere
