Anglesey Seaviews - Primrose Cottage

Isle of Anglesey

Photo: Google Maps

An RSPB reserve sits virtually on the doorstep of Primrose Cottage, making it a natural starting point for wildlife watching. The cliffs here host breeding seabirds and puffins, while grey seals inhabit the waters below. Porth Dafarch beach is a mile away, and Trearddur Bay—with its pubs, shops and restaurants—is close by. The cottage works equally well as a base for exploring Anglesey's castles, the Snowdonia National Park, or the coastal walks that define this stretch of north Wales.

The whole property is yours alone. Ground-floor living means everything is accessible without stairs: an open-plan living and dining space with smart TV and DVD player, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The enclosed garden has a private hot tub for four, patio seating, and parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet can stay free.

Holyhead harbour is a short drive if you fancy a day trip to Ireland, while Plas Newydd Country House and its Snowdonia views across the Menai Straits lies within easy reach. The cottage is set on coastal farmland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the working property of the owner nearby.
