Neuadd Wen - Branwen sits on working farmland beside the Alaw Estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The setting brings immediate access to walking routes across the surrounding fields and along the coastline; Anglesey's 125 miles of shoreline means beaches, coastal paths and birdwatching opportunities are genuinely close by. South Stack Lighthouse, Puffin Island boat trips and Rib Ride wildlife tours all fall within a short drive, and the local pub and Tesco Express are walkable from the property.
The cottage is ground-floor throughout, opening into a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with French doors onto a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. One bedroom contains a kingsize bed; the other has two single beds that can be zipped together into a super-king on request. A walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet complete the bathroom. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. Two cars can park on site, and one dog can stay free.
The front garden has a sitting area with furniture overlooking the fields—residents include a goat. The property is no-smoking. There is an unfenced lake 300 yards away, which should be noted if children will be visiting.
