Ty Main Cottage
Isle of Anglesey
Ty Main Cottage is a detached, ground-floor property sleeping four on the Isle of Anglesey. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—connect to a wet room with shower and grab rail. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a contemporary kitchen equipped for self-catering, and level access throughout means no steps anywhere in the cottage. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. One well-behaved dog stays free.
The enclosed courtyard garden occupies what was once part of the old farmyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking for two cars sits on site, and there is a bike store. No smoking indoors. The cottage neighbours the owners' home and lies just over half a mile from the village shop, pub and restaurant. Tacla Taid Transport & Agricultural Museum is directly across the road, while Newborough Forest—which leads to a sandy beach and Llanddwyn Island—is within walking distance. Plas Newydd, a National Trust house, and Foel Farm Park are nearby. The broader coastline of Anglesey has 125 miles of beaches and coves to explore, and Marram Grass Café, listed in the Good Food Guide, is within reach on foot.
