Bay

Bay is a single-bedroom hut on the Isle of Wight, set within countryside near Wootton Bridge. You enter at ground level into an open-plan space: the living area and kitchen are combined, with a 30-inch television, breakfast bar, electric cooker and microwave. The bedroom contains a kingsize bed. The shower room has a cubicle shower and toilet. Everything is on one floor with no stairs.

Outside, you have a private hot tub and access to a barbecue. One parking space comes with the property. A bike store is available on-site, shared with other huts in the retreat. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The hut does not permit smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome; the property is not suitable for children.

This is a couple's retreat in a quiet rural location where you can sit outside and take in the landscape, or stay warm indoors with the oil-filled heater. The hut's stable door lets you open the top half to the views while remaining inside. It suits those seeking countryside peace rather than proximity to attractions or towns.
