Brambles Kip

Brambles Kip is a single-storey cottage built into a clifftop holiday site in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on one level with two bedrooms—a double and two singles—plus a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; there's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the shared laundry facilities on site if you need them, and parking for one car.

The Isle of Wight's north coast runs along the Solent directly across from the New Forest, and this stretch is protected as far as the eye can see. The Coastal Path passes adjacent to the holiday park, and the beach—a traditional sand and shingle strand—sits at the foot of the cliffs just below. Walks branch out to West High Down, Tennyson Down and the clifftop views towards The Needles. Freshwater village, a couple of minutes' drive away, has shops, a swimming pool, tea rooms and pubs. Yarmouth is ten minutes further east along the coast.

The property suits couples and small families of two adults and up to two children. Smoking is not permitted. The cliffs at this location are subject to erosion; there is a clifftop hazard 200 yards from the property.
