Larger groups and families will find Bay Cottage works well for a shared getaway without feeling cramped. The property sleeps eight across three bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite, a double, and twin singles—plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Two bathrooms mean people aren't queuing, and the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine all present. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered, and one dog stays free.
The cottage occupies its own corner of the Brook Farmhouse grounds, with parking for two cars and a private garden. Brook Beach, a sandy bay with views toward Freshwater's white cliffs, is a short drive away. The setting is peaceful enough to unwind, but the Isle of Wight's attractions are within reach: Osborne House (Queen Victoria's former residence), Carisbrook Castle, The Needles, Robin Hill's parkland and adventures, Ventnor's botanical gardens, and Shanklin Chine's wooded gorge all lie across the island. No smoking inside the property.

Have just returned from a wonderful stay in the Farmhouse, a group of 6 long standing friends met to celebrate our 70th birthdays. This beautifully spacious, well equipped, and decorated accommodation was the perfect place to enjoy our few days together. Our friendly host Mike made our time there even more special, he even found time to come and take group photos for us! It's obvious to see the pride and care the host and staff take to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We'll be back!

We stayed in Chestnut Cottage for 3 nights mid May for a sisters reunion. It was absolutely perfect in every single way. Mike meet us on arrival with a warm welcome and showed us around the cottage and site - (he also gave us a delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake!) The cottage has 3 good sized bedrooms, great showers/toilet and every bit of kitchen equipment needed, we wanted for nothing. Beds, linen, towels and all furniture were comfortable and nice quality. The enclosed garden was an absolute bonus as we had 2 dogs with us so they were able to roam free. All the other accommodation on site looked fabulous too, a perfect place to stay for a large gathering of people/family. 2 car parking spaces are allocated for the cottage and are close to the front gate. The photos are true and accurate. Brook is a very peaceful location with amazing walks, nature and much more. I highly recommend Brook Farmhouse Cottage as a place to stay when visiting the IOW.

Our third visit here. Mike is great, very helpful and patient. Our cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a really beautiful place and a lot of care has been taken to make the cottages comfortable and welcoming. There are so many things to see and do on the IoW. We went to Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Mottistone Manor, Wildheart Santuary, Dinosaur Isle and walked along Brook and Compton Beaches. Sitting and watching the sea is so relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Cottage. Mike was a fantastic host, very helpful and super quick to respond if we needed anything. The cottage is spacious, beautifully furnished & very clean. We enjoyed time in the large peaceful garden and also made use of the barbeque. The location is perfect, so close to the beach & all of the best parts of the Island. We will definitely stay again!
