Lapwing

Lapwing is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage on the western Isle of Wight, sleeping six across a super king, a king, and two singles. The whole property is yours alone. Everything needed for self-catering is provided: a kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer opens via bi-fold doors to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. The ground floor has a living and dining room, kitchen and shower room; upstairs there is a second living room and the three bedrooms with a full bathroom.

The cottage stands close to Yarmouth's central square and harbour, within walking distance of the seafront. A pub sits within a mile. Yarmouth Castle is nearby for a day out. The location suits families and groups wanting access to the Isle of Wight's walking and cycling routes, including paths to Tennyson Down and The Needles. The beaches around Totland Bay and Colwell Bay are also within reach. No smoking is permitted in the property.
