Mill Reach

Yarmouth sits on the northwest coast of the Isle of Wight, a working harbour town where the River Yar meets the Solent. Mill Reach is positioned to reach it on foot, close enough to drop into the cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, yet far enough to feel removed from the bustle. The River Yar runs in the other direction, making this a good base for both coastal and countryside walks.

The house is arranged over two floors. Downstairs is a single open-plan space for living, eating and cooking, with French doors opening onto a decked area and garden furniture—the sort of layout that works well whether you're cooking a proper meal or just making tea between outings. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles. There is one shower room. A washing machine and utility room take care of practicalities. Wi-Fi is included. On-site parking fits one car, with additional spaces on the road outside.

The property suits groups of four—two adults and two children, or two couples—who want to be near the harbour without staying in the town centre itself. Non-smokers only.
