Freshwater Bay and its surrounding clifftop walks draw visitors to this corner of the Isle of Wight year-round. Poets Corner sits within walking distance of the beach, with local shops and pubs equally close by. The detached house itself occupies a generous plot with room to spread out.

Inside, there are four bedrooms—a king with ensuite, a zip-and-link super king, a double, and two singles—plus a second bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor opens into a living and dining room with a smart TV, a separate sitting room (also with smart TV and a games console), a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a study, and a utility room with laundry facilities. A piano sits in the front room. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included in the rental. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children.

Outside, a rear garden has furniture and a barbecue for al fresco meals, while a front patio offers another outdoor space. Private parking for five cars is provided. The house does not permit smoking.
