Property 3

The Isle of Wight's southern coast draws visitors for its beaches, coastal paths and Victorian charm. Ventnor itself sits just outside this property—close enough for an evening out, far enough to feel removed from the bustle. Property 3 is a converted barn at Rew Farm, a whole place to yourself with space for eight guests and one dog at no extra cost.

Four bedrooms spread across two floors offer different configurations: two have king beds with ensuite showers, while the other two have zip-and-link beds that split into singles if needed. Three bathrooms serve the property. Downstairs, the kitchen opens onto a dining area and living room; bi-folding doors lead to an enclosed garden on two levels, with a patio for sitting and a lawn above. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays. The garden has steps down to the lower level, and parking fits three cars.

This works well for families or groups wanting a base for exploring the island, with the flexibility of cooking at the barn or heading out to eat. The no-smoking policy applies throughout.
