Property 4 is built upside down: bedrooms occupy the ground floor while the main living areas sit above them on the first floor, a layout that makes full use of the setting near Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The ground floor holds four bedrooms—two with king beds and ensuite walk-in showers, two with zip-and-link beds that convert to singles on request—plus a family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the living and dining room is the heart of the place, with a 65-inch smart TV, bi-folding doors opening to a two-level garden (decked lower level, lawned upper level), and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are included; underfloor heating runs throughout. The property sleeps eight, comes with parking for three cars, and one pet stays free. No smoking indoors.
