Mulberry Lodge

Mulberry Lodge is a two-bedroom detached house on the Isle of Wight, sleeping five with one dog welcome at no extra charge. Everything you need is provided: wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there's a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. Heating is gas central, and there's parking for three cars on the private driveway.

Upstairs, bedroom one has a kingsize bed with an ensuite bathroom containing a bath and toilet. Bedroom two holds a super kingsize and a single bed, with a separate shower room downstairs. The living and dining areas have a wood burner and tall vaulted ceilings. Out the back, a tiered garden with seating areas and a barbecue overlooks the coast, though note there is an unfenced pond in the grounds. The location suits anyone who wants easy access to local beaches and attractions, with the property close to coastal paths and National Trust downland. No smoking is permitted.
