What visitors say
We had a wonderful experience at Vue Cinema Harrow thanks to the fantastic staff. My autistic son was unable to access the QR code that appeared at the end of the film, and Rodrigo went above and beyond to help us. He kindly arranged for the screen to be put back to the end of the movie so my son could get the QR code he needed, which meant so much to us. We’d also like to thank Faizal, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our visit. The kindness, patience, and understanding shown by both Rodrigo and Faizal made our experience truly special. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and it’s greatly appreciated. Thank you to the team at Vue Cinema Harrow for making our visit such a positive one. We will definitely be returning!

I went to book some tickets and watch a movie with my kids and the person wouldn’t let me valid my ticket. He was extremely rude and my kids were crying I told him my sister wants to complain about you because your being rude and from far away he way he was making fun of us and laughing with his colleague. Never ever experienced this kind of behaviour from any staff at this Vue before as I have bens attending the cinema for 18 years. Disappointing and unprofessional behaviour. This is the person name.

Went to watch a movie today - starting time 9.30pm - movie was on screen 2. The cinema was boiling hot! AC was not working and the room was disturbingly hot. At 11.30pm, during the interval, I decided to find out what is going on as it was way too uncomfortable. A gentleman was speaking to me and he was not understanding the issue so I asked for the manager. I was told the AC was not working however it was fixed 10 minutes ago - no sign of any kind of air circulation inside the cinema. Neither the manager or the team member understood the implications of not maintaining the right temperature and by their own admission the room temperature was 26 degrees. I was explaining that 26 degrees is not acceptable but they would not listen and all they were saying was what can we do? What can we do? It is not working! And funny enough the question that I was asked was - what would you do if you were staging a movie outside in the heat? This question itself showed how immature and irresponsible and clueless they were! They had no clue about the health and safety standards and all I was being time was that I AM THE MANAGER! I asked why weren’t we told beforehand that there was an issue with the AC to which they brushed it off and kept saying we cannot do anything and basically put up or whatever. I left and asked for a refund, 6 of us. The manager’s name was Anton and there were many other complaints obviously. Clearly this needs to go to the council because one would not expect VUE and its Team to be clueless and ignorant about health and safety of its customers.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the manager, Nik, and the team at Vue Cinema Harrow. I accidentally booked tickets for the Super Mario film at the wrong location, and only realised at the entrance—after buying snacks—when my kids and I were all excited to watch it. It was such a sinking feeling. The staff kindly suggested I speak to the manager. Although I felt quite embarrassed, I explained the situation to Nik, who immediately recognised it was an honest mistake. Without hesitation, he asked his team to arrange seats for the next available showing, and they quickly transferred our booking. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and understanding. The kids had an amazing time, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the film. This thoughtful gesture really meant a lot, and it’s made us loyal Vue customers for life. Thank you again—you’re a real credit to your organisation!
