About Dall Lodge Country House
Dall Lodge Country House is a traditional country house set back from Main Street in Killin, with the kind of solid, homely character that comes from a building given over entirely to guest comfort rather than passing trade. Its grounds include a garden with outdoor seating and picnic space, giving the place a quieter, more residential feel than a typical high-street stay.
Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available for those travelling with children, and each comes with drinks provided and views over the garden. Breakfast is included, free WiFi runs throughout, and reception is staffed around the clock, so arrival times are flexible. Free on-site parking is provided, which is useful given the rural setting.
Killin itself sits within reach of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, and the surrounding area suits walkers and cyclists as well as those keen on fishing, golf or watersports. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are all nearby, along with local entertainment, making it easy to fill days outdoors and evenings without needing a car.
Guests mention this country house offers comfortable accommodations and an unforgettable breakfast with homemade bread, yogurt, and local ingredients. They also highlight the charming, cozy country vibe and the spotless rooms. Visitors appreciate the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff, who provide valuable local knowledge and tips.
