Can Duran is a semi-detached cottage on the Highland Park estate, offering private accommodation for four guests with parking for two cars on site.

The property has two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite shower, one with two singles—plus a second bathroom with both bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, alongside a dining area with Smart TV and Netflix. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A patio with garden furniture opens from the front, and a bike store is available for exploring the surrounding countryside. The grounds are shared with other properties on the estate and include some sloping banks. Smoking is not permitted.

The location suits walkers and anyone seeking quiet time near water and woodland—red squirrels, deer and wild birds are regularly seen here. The Falls of Dochart and numerous riverside paths are on the doorstep. Children under ten are not accommodated except babies in arms.
