Archway Barn

Archway Barn is a converted farm building designed with accessible features throughout. The ground floor holds the living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, and a wet room with bath, shower and grab rails. Upstairs are two further bedrooms: one with a four-poster double and another with two singles. A second shower room serves the first floor. The property sleeps six and comes with bed linen, towels and wifi included.

Set on a working farm in the Norfolk Fens, the barn shares use of a heated outdoor swimming pool (8.5m by 4.2m, open May to September), a hot tub and sauna, and a games room with pool and table football. Children have a play area with wooden tower, swings and slides. The courtyard has a patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Fishing is available on the farm grounds. Parking is on site. No smoking is permitted.

The location sits between Kings Lynn and attractions including Oxburgh Hall, a moated manor from 1482, and Langham Glass for glassmaking demonstrations. Antiques barns, craft shops, a butterfly park and farm parks are all within reach. The fens themselves offer wide open walking country.
