Lintel Barn

Lintel Barn is a converted farm building in the Norfolk Fens with one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleeping space for two. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living area with a kitchenette, dining space, and sitting room, plus a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite wet room fitted with a bath, shower and grab rail. The essentials—heating, linen, towels and wifi—are covered.

The conversion sits within a larger rural complex where guests have exclusive use of the hot tub and shared access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (available May to September), a games room, and a children's play area. A courtyard patio with seating and a barbecue opens from the property. Parking is on site. The setting is quiet farmland; coarse fishing and farm walks are available across the grounds. No smoking inside.
