Pantiles Barn
King's Lynn and West Norfolk
The Norfolk Fens offer a landscape of wide skies and quiet countryside, and Pantiles Barn sits within it as part of a small cluster of converted farm buildings on a working estate. The conversion has kept the character of the original structure—exposed beams and stone—while delivering modern comfort across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six.
Ground floor has a living room with television and DVD player, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite shower, one with a double, and one with two singles. The second bathroom has both bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; heating and hot water are covered too. A cot and highchair are available. Outside, a courtyard has seating and a barbecue.
The barn shares access to the farm's amenities: a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May to September), hot tub, sauna, games room with pool table and table football, and a children's play area. Coarse fishing is available on the grounds. The location puts you within reach of Oxburgh Hall, a moated 15th-century manor house with year-round events, Langham Glass for watching traditional glassmaking, and various antiques and crafts barns, farm parks and wildlife attractions. No smoking indoors.
