The Norfolk coast is within reach of Crabtrees—sandy beaches lie three miles away, while Hunstanton's seaside attractions are four miles off. The property sits on the Pedlar's Way, one of England's long-distance walking and cycling trails, with open fields on the doorstep. A bird reserve at Holme Next the Sea and opportunities for golf and fishing are all nearby. A village shop, restaurant and pub are a quarter-mile away on foot.

This detached bungalow is entirely single-storey with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a corner bath; the other three bedrooms include two doubles and a single. A second shower room serves the rest of the house. The living and dining areas have a TV and DVD player, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. An enclosed, lawned garden with patio and furniture surrounds the property, and there is parking for three cars.

The bungalow does not allow smoking. Travel cots and highchairs are available, and heating is oil-fired (charged separately October to April).
