Langford Cottage

Langford Cottage comes ready for a self-catering stay, with the essentials covered—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, plus fuel for the open fire. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can manage a week's cooking and laundry without thinking about it. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double, two singles and another single. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, the living room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player with a selection of discs, plus the open fire for winter evenings. Ground-floor access means no stairs to the entrance. Private parking includes a garage for one car and a space on site.

Set back from the road in a conservation area, the cottage has an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a playhouse, offering privacy and rural views. The sandy beach at Holme is a short drive away. A village shop sits opposite and a country pub is 100 yards down the lane. Non-smokers only. Couples and families are welcome.
